Exercise |
Of
course!
Inside the space shuttle there
is not a lot of space and with crews of up to seven
it can get crowded. So exercise is a way to work out
and stretch your muscles and bones. Inside the space
station, however, there is much more room to 'run around',
do back flips and exercises too. |
Race |
You
got it!
A popular activity onboard the
space station, for both shuttle and station crews, is
racing from one end of the International Space Station
to the other end. Actually, the crew members don't race
each other, though, since the openings between modules
are too small. |
